Farmer In Mumbai (operated by A M Enterprise) operates primarily as a content and affiliate marketing platform for gardening products, and as a direct service provider for garden maintenance, corporate plant gifting, and farmhouse-related services. Our delivery policy is therefore structured across two categories: (a) affiliate product orders, and (b) direct services.
2. Affiliate Products (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)
When you purchase gardening products, accessories, or related items through affiliate links on our website, please note:
2.1 Fulfilment by Third-Party Platforms
- All product orders are placed directly on the respective e-commerce platform (Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho).
- Order processing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery are entirely managed by the respective platform and/or its seller network.
- Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and logistics are governed by the third-party platform’s own policies.
2.2 Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (as per the platform’s standard timeline).
- Express/Same-Day delivery: Subject to availability on the respective platform.
- Remote or rural locations may have extended delivery timelines.
2.3 Tracking Orders
- Order tracking information is provided directly by the e-commerce platform at the time of dispatch.
- For any delivery issues, please contact the respective platform’s customer support.
Note: Farmer In Mumbai / A M Enterprise is not responsible for delays, damages, or non-delivery of products ordered through affiliate links. All such matters must be resolved directly with the platform (Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho).
3. Garden Maintenance Services
3.1 Scheduling
- Garden maintenance services are available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance via phone, email, or the website contact form.
- A confirmation of the scheduled visit will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
3.2 Service Area
- We currently serve locations across Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
- Service availability for areas outside MMR is subject to prior discussion and feasibility confirmation.
3.3 Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Same-day cancellations may attract a nominal cancellation fee as mentioned in the service agreement.
4. Corporate Plant Gifting
- Corporate gifting orders must be placed a minimum of 5–7 business days in advance for standard orders, and 10–14 business days for customised or large-volume orders.
- Delivery of gifting consignments within Mumbai is provided. Outstation delivery is subject to prior agreement and may incur additional logistics charges.
- The exact delivery date and time will be confirmed in writing after order confirmation.
- Bulk orders may be delivered in batches; the schedule will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Farmhouse Services
Farmhouse buying, selling, and renting services are consultation-based and do not involve physical product delivery. Site visits are scheduled as per mutual convenience and confirmed in advance.
6. Force Majeure
Delivery timelines for direct services may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, floods, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. We will communicate any such delays promptly and work to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
