3. Garden Maintenance Services — Cancellation & Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by the Customer
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service visit: Full refund of any advance payment.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled visit: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit or on the day of service: No refund on advance payment.
3.2 Cancellation by Farmer In Mumbai
- In the event that we are unable to fulfil a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you at the earliest and offer a full refund or priority rescheduling at your preference.
3.3 Service Dissatisfaction
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our garden maintenance service, please notify us within 48 hours of the service visit.
- We will assess the concern and, at our discretion, offer a complementary revisit or partial refund.
4. Corporate Plant Gifting — Returns & Refunds
- Once a corporate gifting order is confirmed and payment is received, cancellations are subject to the terms specified in the service agreement.
- For orders cancelled before dispatch: A full or partial refund may be issued based on materials already sourced and preparation work completed.
- No returns are accepted for perishable plant items once delivered, unless the plants are received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
- Claims for damaged or incorrect deliveries must be raised within 24 hours of receipt, supported by photographs.
5. Farmhouse Services — Refund Policy
Farmhouse buying, selling, and renting services involve consultation and facilitation fees. These are governed by individual service agreements signed at the commencement of each engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, will be as specified in the respective agreement.
